Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
2 Tbsp olive oil 1lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can plain tomato sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste 2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 15 oz can dark red kidney beans
Chopped scallions and shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
Preparation
Add olive oil to large pot. Heat over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic just until soft but not brown. Add ground beef and saute until all pink color is gone. Add salt and pepper. Now stir in all remaining ingredients and heat just until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve with chopped scallions and shredded cheddar.
